A planned and structured in-service orientation/induction process in the first 12 weeks in your management position.
- All managers with delegated authority.
- Follows a newly developed, structured induction programme to acquaint managers with the specific requirements of their role.
- Initiated and supported by your direct reporting manager.
- Occurs in service areas as per a standard induction.
