Introduction
- The
Professional Development and Recognition Programme
recognises nurses who have developed their practice to
competent (level 2) and beyond.
- The
programme encourages and values nurses who can provide
care that meets the needs of the patient/client.
- The
Programme is a framework which provides structured
support, learning and feedback to assist nurses to
develop the knowledge and skills necessary to provide
safe effective patient/client care.
