Towards 20/20 is a response by the Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) to increased demand on health services in the district due to a growing population and the need to replace or refurbish facilities on the Counties Manukau District Health Board sites.

It is centred on the implementation of new models of care and the need for new and improved facilities.
