Kidz First - Home Care Nursing

A home visiting specialist paediatric nursing team, assisted by paediatric dietitians delivering nursing and dietary interventions for babies and children who are medically fragile, have a chronic illness or disability, or who require post discharge follow-up for 72 hours.
